Understanding and Acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions
Agreement to these Terms and Conditions is required for all Grace Travel Network memberships. Please read and acknowledge agreement at the bottom. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us.
- I/We understand and acknowledge that I/we are purchasing a Reservations License ("License") that will be used by me/us to gain access to the proprietary Grace Travel Network (“GTN”) search engine and Website. I/We understand and acknowledge that the License will provide us with 24 hours per day, seven days per week search access to the Website.
- I/We understand and acknowledge that no representations have been made to me/us as to availability of any specific destination or resort accommodations. I/We further understand and acknowledge that destinations, resort and hotel accommodations are available on a space available basis at the time of booking.
- I/We understand and acknowledge that, in accordance with the License, I/we will be issued a User ID and Password to access the Website, which may take up to two weeks to receive. I/we will be sent our User ID and Password via my/our e-mail address that I/we have provided on the Agreement.
- I/We understand that entering into the Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) and making any and all payments required by the same, entitles me/us to the continued use of the License.
- I/We understand and acknowledge that the License is a 1 year Term. I/We also understand we may pay a $39.97 Subsequent License fee monthly, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions to continue using the Grace Travel Network Program.
- I/We understand and acknowledge that I/we have received a copy of the Terms and Conditions of the Reservations License Agreement and that our compliance with them entitles me/us to access and use up to $3000 Condominium Rewards, $3000 Cruise Rewards, and $3000 Hotel Rewards. I/we understand and acknowledge that the Reward dollars are fixed for the 1 year Term and replenished with my/our paid Subsequent License fee.
- With Full Family usage, I /We understand and acknowledge that I/we may secure rentals for members of my/our immediate family as long as I/we do not exceed the total Reward dollars provided to me/us in our Purchase Agreement.
- I/We understand and acknowledge that the Agreement lists all of the benefits to which I/we are entitled and no verbal representations shall be valid unless in writing, signed by a duly authorized representative of GTN.
- I/We further understand and acknowledge that the purchase of this License does not place any undue financial burden on my/our family.
By signing this agreement, whether electronically or otherwise, I/we acknowledge that I/we have read, understand and assent fully and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. I/we acknowledge that this written agreement forms the entire basis of my/our contract between ourselves and Grace Travel Network. We further understand and agree that all representations outside of this written agreement are merged into this contract and that this written contract supersedes any representation that contradicts this agreement.
