DONATION DESIGNEE
As you know, we donate 25% of your membership fees to your church or other Christian nonprofit organization. If you do not have a preference, please indicate and we will be sure to direct the donation portion of your fees to one in your community.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By signing this agreement, whether electronically or otherwise, I/we acknowledge that I/we have read, understand and assent fully and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. I/we acknowledge that this written agreement forms the entire basis of my/our contract between ourselves and Grace Travel Network. We further understand and agree that all representations outside of this written agreement are merged into this contract and that this written contract supersedes any representation that contradicts this agreement. MEMBERSHIP FEES

SUBSEQUENT LICENSE FEE
This is the final portion of the membership enrollment. It pertains to automatic recurring billing for your annual membership fee, currently established at $159.20. This can be charged to your credit card or processed via electronic funds transfer from your checking or savings account. Automatic recurring billing insures that your membership stays current, thereby preventing a lapse requiring repayment of the initial registration fee (currently $397.00). You will receive a notice via email approximately 30 days before the payment is scheduled to process. Be assured that you can cancel your membership at any time. The full legal terminology (fine print) that we are required to disclose to you is below. Again, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

As further described in the Terms and Conditions, the License acquired hereunder is fixed-term license with a License Term of one (1) year. When the License expires at the end of the initial License Term (or any subsequent License Term), Licensee will have the option to acquire a new fixed-term License and receive the Program Benefits for subsequent successive one (1) year License Terms upon payment to the Program Administrator of the then applicable Subsequent License Fee and the execution and delivery to Program Administrator of such documentation as may be required by Program Administrator in its sole discretion. The Subsequent License Fee is currently established at $159.20. Licensees will, approximately thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the License Term or any subsequent Term, receive a notice electronically to their email address on file (the "Expiration Notice") alerting them to the pending expiration of their License and the automatic recurring billing date to pay the Subsequent License Fee and receive a new License for a subsequent License Term as outlined below.
